•    Initiation of a patient self- management program “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions”; sixteen facilitators from eight communities have been trained to deliver the six week program in their community
•    Promotion and coordination of a sexual health programming workshop
•    Production of a fluoride varnish training manual
•    Collaboration on the Transfer of Medical Function–the training and transition process strengthening of advocacy for northern nursing
•    Moving forward a  northern dentist access program
•    Health career promotion initiative that includes hiring of a full time health career promotionposition, working with other sectors to create more efficiency career presentations through program called Career Exploration, involved in pushing the importance of maths and sciences, a comprehensive display
•    Organization and Hosting of a Career Pathing Workshop
•    Enhancement of the Northern Health Conference by participating and showing the merits of cooperation and collaboration
•    Ongoing participation as co-chair in the Northern Labour market Committee Health Sub Committee, which concentrates on health human resource development. A comprehensive community driven five year training proposal has been developed based on concrete needs data collection from all northern health employers.
